The Forum for Women in Community Work (FOWIC) is a nurturing circle of sisterhood that connects female founders, student leaders, activists, and influencers. Its mission is to create a supportive environment where women can learn, exchange ideas, heal, and thrive in their leadership roles. FOWIC operates on the belief that investing in women leaders not only benefits individuals but also enhances the well-being of families and communities. The Eng’ape Community Leadership Program empowers grassroots organizations and emerging leaders dedicated to advocating for girls’ rights by amplifying their voices and fostering safe environments for girls. This initiative not only strengthens local leadership but also cultivates sustainable community-driven solutions that actively address the unique challenges faced by girls. By providing training, resources, and mentorship, the program ensures that these advocates can effectively effect change and implement impactful strategies, ultimately contributing to a more equitable society where every girl can thrive.

Community Champions are dynamic youth leaders who serve as the first line of defense for girls in their communities. With their energy, vision, and dedication, they work tirelessly to create safe spaces that empower girls and promote equality.
