We have implemented 3 leadership tracks Namely,

Forum for women in Community work– a circle of sisterhood unitiing female founders, student leaders,activists and influencers to learn, exchange heal and thrive in their leadership. FOWIC is build on the mantra that investing in women leaders maximizes the gains for familis and communities

Eng’ape Community Leadership Program supports grassroots organizations and emerging leaders advocating for girls’ rights, enhancing their voices and ensuring safe environments for girls.

Community Champions- these are youth leaders who act as the first defence for girls in their communities, they are energetic, visionary and committed to creating safe spaces for girls in their communities.
